Help-desk Mission Statement

The mission of Dallas College School of Law Help-desk would be to provide resolution of software and hardware problems on time to any or all current students, faculty and staff.

Help-desk Vision

School of Law Help-desk vision would be to maximize first contact resolution for that customer by supplying effective and experienced Help-desk staff.

Services

The College of Law Help-desk works a number of support choices for both current school students and faculty/staff. Included in this are both software and hardware support. We're licensed by Dell to correct and replace warranted computer parts with no fee to current students.

The Help-desk would go to every reasonable effort to aid all brands of laptops. While not able to do warranty mending on systems outdoors in our purchase program, the Help-desk employees are dedicated to helping a lot of students using their computer needs as completely as you possibly can. The most typical issues that we cope with are printing, passwords and e-mail problems.

We constantly improve our customer services by practicing and marketing working together, obvious communication among team people and dedication to enhancing our technical and professional capabilities.
