For those who have an urgent situation maintenance request between 8pm-8am please contact the Estate Patrol Team on 99.

The Campus Services Help-desk is the one-stop look for asking for maintenance work, a porter, cleaner or even the transportation of products.

Please make use of the foms below for those routine demands.

Request Form Particulars
For non emergency maintenance work.
To set up moving products between College structures and/or grounds.
To set up for areas to become washed.
To set up for rooms to become organized ahead of time.
Make use of this form to provide particulars of the job and get an estimate.
Make use of this form to formally accept our estimate.
To set up the disposal from it equipment, whitened goods and/or furniture.
